New wicks and oil. Striped and powder coated. Keep in mind this is a powerful fan in all three speeds and was used in a business or hospital setting. It runs smooth and has a pleasant white noise sound. One blade has a slight bend on the end. The motor housing has serial number stamped in it under brass label. MUST HAVE A U.
