There are issues you will need to address. The oscillating part is unhooked the oscillating knob. Turns when the fan is on, I do not have a boat screw that goes into this to have it work properly. If it works I’m not guarantee in the oscillating part it should work once it’s screwed and put back together. You will need to replace this cord.. All three speeds work. This fan is almost complete once the quarter is replaced and the screw is replaced. I believe you have a fine working fan with a little cleaning up. You have a really nice fan. Please look at pictures and p. With questions if you collect vintage fans, this is worth your attention. Note blades are around 16 inches.
