Comes with the original box! The one top piece of ox has ripped off but I’ll put it in box and send it as well. I’m not sure what year this is from? But does have writing on the box saying the 1970’s. The fan itself works perfect! It is dirty would need to be cleaned! The handle is broken off the top. And the white plastic screen is broken in pieces as seen in photos. But it stays on! It won’t fall off.
