This is used and in good shape with some wear and grime but no damage or issues. The base has some rust spots and the black felt in in bad shape on the bottom. This works very well and is quiet and oscillates.

It is a 2 speed. For some reason it has 4 way switch. 2 of the positions have no function. The other 2 are low and high speeds. I had to spin the blade to get it to come on the first time (decades in storage). After that it came on with no issues.
