I believe this fan was produced around the 1940’s or 1950’s era? . The Model/Style/Type number is 45K. This fan works on all 3-speeds & seems to run fine but does NOT OSCILLATE.
No cage has sticker on base with maker but worn off so not sure who. Look at the pictures as a reference and ask any questions Thanks.

Antique Century Ceiling Fan Ornate USA 110 Volts RARE Wood Blades Wow. Super neat old fan, was working when removed about 40 years ago per previous owner. Two of the cast iron brackets that hold the blades on are damaged, have the parts present. Neat old piece haven’t tested it.
