It is model 28646, 3 speed with an unusual pyramid logo on the front of the fan. For being 100 years old, it is in excellent condition with age appropriate paint loss to the cast iron parts.
Item was previously owned and is worn with rust scratches and color loss and needs new wiring but overall is still in fair condition and can be used for parts see photos.
