Rare Antique National Screw & Tack Co Adams Bagnall Electric Gyro Fan Brass Cast Iron WORKS. Each blade measures 7″ and the blades measure 14 3/4″ across. Cage measures 15 1/2″ wide at the front, and 17 1/2″ wide at the rear, and is 3 1/2 deep. The head was originally part of a gyro fan which hung from the ceiling with two fans. The base and the pipe screwed into the base are not original. I put a new plug on the end of the cord and it does work- Ran pretty smooth but has a humming sound which some oil should cure. Cord needs to be replaced tho. Cage is NOT bent. This has surface rust and light corrosion to the blades but will clean up nicely. Local estate where it was sitting unused for decades.
