Assume that some repair work will be needed before it will work. Overall the fan is in good condition. The exterior is moderately dirty and dusty throughout from age and use. There are some areas of minor surface rusting in various places. The exterior shows moderate scratching, scuffing, general wear and paint wear throughout. The blades show moderate surface pitting throughout and are quite dirty. They could use a good polishing/cleaning.
