Cage – 18.5. 7.75 base diameter. 17 lbs total weight. Unit powers on when plugged in, but the on/off phase switch is not functioning. The plug has been taped and should be replaced. When the fan starts, there is some blade rubbing, but the noise stops once it gets going. Overall in very good, previously used condition. No cracks, chips, or breaks.
