An early 1900`s GE 16-inch solid brass drop ring electric fan guard in excellent salvaged condition. Included are three solid brass struts (one with a broken tip – please see the photos), three original brass clips and screws. The deep curve in the two side struts would likely indicate the guard and struts came from a GE Kidney fan or large early oscillator. The guard is clean and unlacquered. The front to back ring wires could be slightly repositioned if desired. Overall, a good solid guard. The rear ring measures approximately17 in. The front ring about 15 in. The front to back width is 4 in.
