Emerson Seagull vintage electric working fan. Normal pitting on chrome surfaces but minimal compared to many examples out there. The Emerson Seagull decal is missing from the base. The vintage cord is slightly brittle but functional. The vintage plug is also functional, though if I were going to use the fan regularly, I would put a piece of cardboard over the prongs covering the exposed wire connectors. The pinging sound in the video is from the chrome center cap on the fan blade mount moving. I assume it could be tightened if desired. The sound goes away as the rpm’s increase. As can be seen the blade spins quite freely when unplugged and slowing down. I cannot say if anything has been refurbished but it works well and makes a great display piece.
