Sturdy very early 1900’s octagon-cage adjustable oscillating GE General Electric desk fan. Has original paper label on base. Fan runs well, moves a lot of air, and oscillates back and forth. Small thumb screw allows you to adjust the tilt angle of fan. Turns on and off via a small nickle-silver knob on base. Fan cage approx 10″ across, fan including cage approx 15″ tall. VERY UNUSUAL and HARD TO FIND Octagon shape cage and base, an early Art Deco style. Two screw holes in octagonal base to attach to surface – an early practice to protect a valuable appliance!
