Vintage 16 oscillator, 1901. Excellent condition for being over 100 years old. Bulbous oscillator is free of cracks or imperfections (other than flaking paint) and works as it should. I believe they call this a “kidney oscillator”. This fan still has original sticker with directions on the base although it is somewhat illegible. Fan runs ultra smooth on 3 speeds having distinctive speed differences. Original laquer coating is about 94% on motor and base excluding oscillator body. Blade and cage are brass. My photos show both bottom struts as straight and for a 16 GE non oscillator. After removing cage and struts for cleaning I mixed up the bottom struts by mistake. That is, the brass struts with the inside loop to allow the oscillator to travel in a full arc. Again I apologize for this oversight.
