Antique Emerson Residential Pancake Fan 27666 For Restoration. Model 2766 Emerson 12 Fan. Made between 1919 and 1922, it is the 12 Oscillating Model with a pivot base, 3 speed. It seems to have all of its parts, but it does not run. It hums when it it plugged in, but will not spin. The wiring is very old and abused and it could simply be a wiring problem. The cage is original, as is the badge. Several of the welds have broken on the cage. And one of the brackets that hold it on is missing. At one time someone must have thought the whole thing would look better if it were painted black, EVEN THE BRASS BLADES! I cleaned a bit of the blade where the paint had worn off, just to show that it really was beautiful at one time. There is some rust on the base, but all in all, very good base and body. Some nicks on the edge of the blades. Most likely Parker blades, but the paint is covering up any marks. Weighs approximately 30 pounds. Please contact me for rates to anywhere else.
