It weighs somewhere between 100-200 pounds and I would guess the slate/marble base weighs 50 pounds. The slate/marble base measures 2 inches tall, 20 1/4 inches across and 18 1/2 inches deep. No cracks, chips, repairs or restorations on the cast iron parts. I do not know if the motor works or not as I have no way to test it but the mechanism turns manually so it is not all froze up.
