Not knowing much about old fan’s I will do my best. Came from an estate and cord was cut off probably because not safe? Another cord was put on and it work’s really good for it’s age. Cleaned it up and cleaned brass blades, that’s all that was done to it after we got it. It has 3 speed’s and pivot’s. Blades are 16″ and there is 6 with cage on it is about 18 “. # 1147474 , catalog # 146179, 110 volt, Type AO DRM 56, Cycle 60 or 6C. I’m assuming early 1900’s.
