1920 GE 75423 AOU V5 with brass bell oscillator. GE AOU Oscillating Brass Blade Fan Restored by AFCA member. Runs cool, quiet and smooth. EXCELLENT BRASS BLADES & STEEL CAGE. New period style head wire and power cord. Cleaned/oiled motor and bearings. Wick condition new and has been oiled. Oscillation gearbox opened and new grease added. Brass blade polished only. A VERY NICE PERIOD FAN RESTORED TO WORKING ORDER. New crank wheel, no stars, steel cage. By 1915 or 16 GE had pretty much perfected their design of gear driven fans and by now the oscillating components are such that GE would stick with this design on through the 1930s and 40s. There are several bell crank models that changed little over the next 20 or so years and fan blades continue to be made of brass until about 1930. Must have USA address. PLEASE view pictures as they are a part of the description…. I can not be responsible for the design safety of these fans, especially guarding, which is inherent in their early designs.
