Offered is a 1950s VORNADO 10D1 FAN w/ “VornadoFan” Logo + Bakelite Blades – Blows ICE COLD! This fan appears to have been re-corded but I could be wrong the cord just doesn’t look like what the original should look like. But the cord works well as is & is extra long in length. The fan is SUPER quiet in all 3 speeds & blows ICE COLD! Structurally this fan is in near perfect condition. I didn’t notice any common dents you would find on the outer layer or any rust that stood out to me. It has all the rubber seals in place which is rare to find a fan this old with the rubber seals still in place (pictured). It appears to have all the screws in place & even has the rear bakelite turn knob. Cosmetically there is white paint splatter all around it (would wipe clean with paint thinner). There is a spot where paint is worn down to the metal (pictured). Of course there might be some surface scratches but none that distracted my eye to make note of. This is the smaller version of the 12D1 in which I believe it would be called a 12 desk fan. Even though it is 19″ tall by 18″ wide by 9 depth. RARE FAN HERE THAT YOU DON’T SEE VERY OFTEN!
