THERE IS NO CORD AND THE CAGE NEEDS WORK, THE FAN WORKS, WE ROUGH WIRED IT FOR A SECOND AND IT WORKED! THE OSCILLATING ARM IS GOOD. ALL THE FANS ARE HEAVY!
