Offered for sale is a circa 1923 Emerson Jr. This is a 9 inch (blade diameter) single speed stationary fan. The fan was stripped, bead blasted, primed and finish painted in a dark green metallic automotive paint accented with gold pin stripes and then clear coated. These fans originally were manufactured with gold painted steel blades which on this fan have been replaced with solid brass blades conforming exactly to the size and shape of the original steel blades. These early model Juniors did not have switches and an in line switch has been installed on the cord for ease of use. A new period correct cloth power cord has been installed along with new rubber feet to protect your furniture. The fan runs great and would make a nice little personal desk or computer room fan.
