This is a very cool antique cast iron fan with it’s original black finish and pin striping. It may never have had a cage? The choke coil is not original, both mounting holes do not line up, but it is a simple early wound coil. I by-passed the controller and the motor hums and will move the blade a little. The rear oilier will need to be replaced, it holds the bushing in place, I do have the original oilier with stripped threads.
