The cage that surrounds it is silver and indecent condition. The main thing is this piece works. I believe five different speeds that all work. There are also holes in the base to attach it to a freestanding desk or table or whatever you want to put it on.

Does have wear including surface rusting, scratches, staining, dirtiness and cord wear. I wrapped the small cloth cord with electrical tape to plug in and test. It hums but does not work.
