I think it’s supposed to oscillate too, it looked like it moved a little while it was plugged in. It’s got 3 speeds. It needs to be rewired as the threads are coming off the fabric cord. The brass cage is bent in one spot. It looks like it was soldered in 3 places where the cage attaches to the round brass back piece. I have not cleaned this fan. The style is #98926B. The other number is difficult to read but I think it says #885053. Also 6.0 cycles and 100-125 volts. It measures 11″ tall by 9″ across. Feel free to message me with any questions.
