Looks like it may have multiple speeds. Metal top of base is cracked/broken (see photos). Scratches, scuffs, nicks, dust, paint spots, rust. The Emerson tag is upside down in front and has a hole through it. Measures 13″ high cage about 9″ diameter. I tested the cage and blades with a magnet, did not stick… To my defense, brass is a metal alloy so I didn’t describe inaccurately. Metal piece on bottom would be broken off completely if wasn’t held together by wood base.
