Antique restored EMERSON 7 6-Blade Oscillating Fan with ALL BRASS blade & cage as well as walnut plaque with brass plate describing fan. It’s been nice having this posted… Feedback I just received. Your fan dates from around 1914. It’s called a “step base” by collectors and it’s considered a 16 fan (blade diameter). There are some imperfections on the base but it is still shiny and very clean. The head wire was replaced and is brand new, as well as many other wires. The Speed Coil was also repaired and works great! There are many new or cleaned pieces that I can observe, including all brass pieces. The motor runs like new at all three speeds and oscillates with no hesitation. Three Speed Level – Incredible working “collectors” piece. Own a beautiful and “functional” piece of history!
