We aren’t experts but from what we can tell, the identity plate and coin cover are missing, not sure about internally. It needs a good cleanup but when plugged in and turned on it worked great! On/Off switch works fine as well. The cord is a replacement. Notice in the last picture, you don’t see the blades? Because it was running and keeping me cool for the photo shoot!
