New period head wire & plug wire. New wick & oil. Body stripped & painted. 1934 – 35 General Electric Company, U. General Electric entered the decade of the 1930s looking to the future of electric fan production. This included GEs adopting an overlapping blade design on their premium desk fans. They called the new fan blade the Quiet Blade and adopted it on their 9, 10 and 12 Premium Fans. The Quiet Blade series of desk fans were very successful and many are still in use. MUST HAVE A U.
