FOR SALE I have A Nice Old Antique 17 Electric GE FAN. The fan has 4 Brass blades and a brass cage. The Fan has 3 speeds and Oscillating movement. Its a Model CAT 75425 Type AO Form R5. Very nice fan in my opinion for being just over 100 years old. This fan would date around 1910 – 1915. All three speeds works as they should. When on high this fan puts out some serious air. NOT LIKE TODAYS FANS. This fan here will realy do what its made to do. Also has the nice option of the Oscillating movement which works and can be adjusted in the back just depending on how you want it. Like I mentioned the fan looks good as I cleaned it up some, but could look great if someone wanted to get it professionally cleaned it would probley look like new. The cage of the fan looks a little uneven or possibly bent in or out a little in areas. Its actually hard to tell. Maybe just needs pushed around in areas to make the fromt part of the cage even up with the back part. Its really not that noticable I just trying to be honest as I can about it all. The fan must have been rewired at one time as it would have originally had a 2 prong plugin, but there is a 3 prong plugin on the fan. So at least that has been done so you don’t have to worry about any old wiring. Great looking fan, Photos really do not do the fan it’s Justice as it looks much better in person in my opinion.
