Vtg Art Deco General Electric GE. Needs a good cleaning. Missing top metal cover on back. Looks like the bottom wall wire was replaced with a new cord. Metal base shows wear. Video of fan working available if needed. Twist tie on cage back holding bottom in.
Over 90 years old and still going, Fan is all complete with original finish. Fan has 3 speed with off and has oscillating mechanism. Base is alloy probably aluminium and has its original finish. Blades are brass 12inch and have been polished. Cord and plug have been replaced. Note is 240v AC.
I believe it is from around the 1920s. A magnet does stick to the blades so I believe they are steel.
Wires are rough but I did plug it in and it runs.
