It will move so far and then stop turning, but the fan continues to run just fine. Could use a good cleaning, but I will leave that up to the new owner.

Works turns on/off and produces 3 different speeds but DOES NOT OSCILLATE – please see video, many scuffs and chips and rust in the paint, grease and oil on it, the cage needs to be tightened because it hits the fan when the fan is running.
