Runs perfectly on all 3 speeds and oscillates properly. Is adjustable in height.
Has a weld on the bottom of the oscillating dial (see photo).
The cage that surrounds it is silver and indecent condition. The main thing is this piece works. I believe five different speeds that all work. There are also holes in the base to attach it to a freestanding desk or table or whatever you want to put it on.

Antique Emerson Northwind Type 450 Oscillating Desk Fan 1917 Tested Works. Has been restored and rewired. Sometimes on low speed the blade scrapes cage. Most likely just need to tighten set screw. 2 areas of cage have wire where weld popped. Nice strong blowing fan.
