Antique 8 all-brass General Electric Fan – Circa 1909. Fully and well functioning. GE all brass models are pretty scarce and when you do find them the brass motor casing is usually stress cracked. This example is perfect. Also it is the earliest of that series from the first season of release. The 110V fan is fine to run on 120V household current although it may get slightly warm. Many Fan collectors use a “variac” to adjust the voltage on old fans, but not really needed. Just don’t run for days. With just some oil now and then and a polish, it should run for years, but do keep in mind it is over 100 yrs old. It has new wiring and has been inspected for safety. This stunning addition to the collection is not for sale for less than the listing price.
