A bit hard to feel the difference on the medium setting but noticeable fan speed difference between high and low speeds. Fan head can tilt. It does looks like the power cord has been replaced at one time. Please see all photos and video. Again this fan Doe Not have the blade guard. Blades may be removed and packed separately in the same box to ensure they do not get damaged. The brass tag is marked as follows.
