Folks this antique Emerson Electric Mfg Company Model 45641 Ceiling Fan has been in my garage for many years, over 40, and I have never done the restoration so it is time to let someone else restore this gem. 1st thing is this fan is ridiculously heavy weighing in at 65 lbs. I have a hard time moving it around. I attached a cord for testing only and is not to be used to operate this fan. The 3-Speed control on bottom works in all 3 speeds plus clicks to next speed just fine. While operating this fan is quiet as a mouse. When I unplugged it she coasted for awhile showing the bearing condition. There are nicks and scratches as seen in pictures plus the ornamental brass piece on top has a dent, I don’t think the brass piece is original for it is just to shiny. Under description is stated for parts or repair so we are both on the same page. I must list that way for this fan is almost 100 years old and being a real antique I would not put into continuous service until a restoration is completed. Any questions please ask.
