Zero signs of ever falling off of a counter. Fan cage has no dents or deformation. Oscillation turns on and off and works perfect. All 3 speeds work perfect. Also, you can turn the fan on on the lowest speed first and it will start up fine. This is a sign of the condition of the electric motor and bushings. If weak you would need to turn it to high to get it going. I have videos of it starting from stopped on the low setting and stepping through medium and high speeds and also a video of it on high with oscillation on. Message and I will try to send them.
