Antique General Electric Type AH, Form V2 alternating-current ceiling fan motor, catalog number 44986. This heavy cast-iron motor dates to approximately the early 1920s and was originally used in a four-blade ceiling fan. The motor has not been electrically tested due to its age and the severely deteriorated cloth-covered wiring. Includes the GE motor, hanging stem, canopy and one original ornate blade iron shown in the photos. The wooden blades and remaining three blade irons are missing. No additional mounting hardware or parts are included. The motor and included components show substantial wear from age and previous use, including rust, corrosion, scratches, finish loss, dirt, dust and discoloration. The identification plate remains attached and is marked Type AH, Form V2 and catalog number 44986. Includes only the items shown in the photos.

The restoration looks to be professional. If you are by chance unhappy, please let me know and I will try and make things right.

This is a General Electric Form ANI Cat 75423 3 Speed Oscillating 12 Desk Fan that appears to be from c. It is in clean used condition except for the wall plug, which has been crudely replaced—see pictures. It works perfectly and runs quietly on the highest speed. On the medium and low speeds, it sometimes chatters a bit when you start it up, but if you leave it running it generally settles down and becomes quiet. It has mounting holes in the base, so you can screw it down or wall mount it if you prefer. The fan blades are aluminum.

Fan works in all 3 speeds & oscillates, appears to be all original and as far as I can tell all parts are present & accounted for. Blades are 12″ across & the protective cage has a diameter of 13.5″. The fan has had a light cleaning, but no restoration work has been done and no chemicals or abrasives have been used on it, with a little effort I believe it could be made to look pristine w/ the original paint and all (I just happen to prefer the patina).
