The fan works fine, but does squeek about half of the time. There is a screw on the side that allows for head tilt. This is a very early model so there is no on/off switch.

I believe this fan was produced around the 1940’s or 1950’s era? . The Model/Style/Type number is 45K. This fan works on all 3-speeds & seems to run fine but does NOT OSCILLATE.
