Antique circa 1930s General Electric 10 Bullet nose art deco fan in good working condition! The fan does run really strong and moves a lot of air for it’s size. Single speed fan and no oscillation, there is an option to adjust the tilt of the fan. Additional condition notes – Overall wear is commensurate with age. Some minor loss to paint. The blades are in pretty good shape overall, they are painted black. The fan has been at least partially rewired in the past. Finally there is a screw missing on the back of the fan directly above the GE logo. For it’s size, this fan has some weight to it and looks great too! UP FOR SALE IS A VINTAGE ANTIQUE 1930’S RARE GE General Electric Art Deco DESK TABLE TOP Fan BULLET NOSE ELECTRIC FAN NON-OSCILLATING 55X164. ART DECO BULLET NOSE STYLE. ESTATE SALE FIND, AS FOUND CONDITION. SO I TESTED IT AND IT DOES WORK AND PUTS OUT SOME AIR BUT IT MAKES A CLANKING NOISE (NOT SURE IF ITS A BALANCE THING). ONLY WORKS BY PLUGGING IT INTO THE WALL, THE TOGGLE SWITCH IS NOT ORIGINAL OR HOOKED UP. THE PLUG IS GE. IT STANDS 13″ TALL AND THE CAGE MEASURES 10″ AT ITS WIDEST. THE FAN ADJUST UPWARD AND DOWNWARD. A FEW PARTS OF THE CAGE ARE BENT. THE FAN BLADES HAVE SOME WEAR ISSUES ON THE EDGES (SEE PICTURES). Vintage Westinghouse 10LA desktop oscillating one speed fan. Aside from some paint loss this is in very nice condition with a perfect cage and no damage. It works well with bare aluminum blades (10 in outside blade diameter) and appears to be all original and blue in color. I do not collect or deal in fans so ask any and all questions before purchasing.

This is a Vintage Art Deco Robbins & Meyers 18 Desk Fan. The fan works, but is missing a couple parts. When the fan turns on, it is noisy until it gets up to speed, and then it quiets down. All three fan speeds work, and the cord looks to be original and in Good Condition. The parts to make it oscillate are intact, the oscillator spins, but the pivot bolt is missing that connects it to the head. With a new bolt for a pivot, the fan will oscillate correctly. The only other thing that is missing is the back of the motor housing, which doesn’t affect the fan’s function, obviously. Unfortunately, the back of the motor housing is also the part that would contain the model number, which is why I’ve listed the fan without it. Otherwise, the fan looks to be complete and is a good candidate for restoration. Please look over the pictures and let me know if you have any questions.
