Beautiful GE A-23 Bulb Heater in minty condition with working bulbs. Some time ago I added a vintage heavy duty plug and cord. Also, it did not have original rubber feet when I got it so I improvised. Only one of the feet is “correct” but it stands firm and works fine. All nickel parts were replated professionally as was the copper heat deflector. Bulbs will be tenderly packed. Taken off the heater of course. In answer to a couple of questions.
