Unrestored Antique Robbins & Myers Co Six Blade Brass Desk Fan. This is a hard to find 6 blade fan with brass blades and cage. Listing number is 2104. Blades are 12 inches diameter. This fan is unrestored and does not currently run as the wiring between the base and the motor is damaged. I don’t see any damages with the base or cage. Please examine pictures as they serve as part of the description. Fan will arrive in 2 boxes. Will be wrapped well in lots of bubble wrap. Please contact me if you have questions.

Unrestored and untouched Antique “Polar Cub, Type G” Electric Fan with Brass Blades and what I truly believe is the original cord and plug but you be the judge of the cord and plug by please studying the photos below. I have seen a lot of Bakelite and 1920’s electrical cord in my time as a REAL Antique Dealer and Auctioneer. But you be the judge and take a look at my plug and electrical cord photo that I took especially for your reassurance :. The fan even runs instantly and at speed when plugged in and sounds like an airplanes propeller :- If it does not run as well as it did in 1921, I would be very surprised. REALLY, it runs THAT well. Unrestored and untouched ANTIQUE, ROBBINS & MEYERS Brass Bladed Electric Fan w/ its original cord and plug which are in deteriorating condition. The silk on the power cord is flaking off and the plug is in rough condition as well. The good news is that although the cord & plug look horrible the fan runs just as it should when plugged in, no sparks or smoke :- The 3 power settings change the Fans speed when you use them. So the cord and plug are not pretty but they supply power & Fan functions and recognizes each increment of change from the 1-2 and 3 power settings. This is not to say that you should keep the power cord and plug, I’m just saying that the power cord and plug are ORIGINAL and still work and the Fan and it’s settings switch still work as well :- The settings switch is in wonderful condition. You should, of course, replace the power cord and plug! The Fan has not been restored or fooled with. All I did for the photos was to wipe it off with a damp paper towel. All finish and pin-stripping are original. It has nicks to its original paint here and there but not many. EVEN the Fans bases outer-ring is still intact as seen in the photos (this is usually lost). For the collector, you are purchasing an untouched and all original early Robbins & Meyer Fan. I will PACKAGE THIS PROFESSIONALLY. By this I mean VERY WELL.
