Fan Runs Smooth, 3 speed pull chain switch is functioning however, speed 1 is low and speed 2 and 3 seen to be the same speed (high) Chain replaced cord replaced Fan No. 14-4856 Manufactured by FRESH’ND – AIRE Company Chicago Illinois Fan is 21″ Tall, 16″ Cage, 10 Base Chrome base has chrome pitting. Top chrome section cleaned up pretty well.

Vtg Fresh’nd Air 21 Fan Art Deco WORKS Model 2000. Fan belonged to my husband’s Great Grandmother, so I’m guessing 1940’s? From my research, it appears that it originally had a pull chain on the back that turned it on and off. The chain is missing and fan now turns on by simply plugging it in. There is no adjustment of speed. Fan measures 21 in diameter. 26 top to bottom. Please contact me with any questions and thanks for looking! All of the speeds don’t work, even though it cycles through them the fan stays at the same speed unless off. It may be useful for parts or to repair.
