The label on the motor indicates the style of this fan is 699785, 60 cycles, 100/120 volts. The fan measures about 11″ inches wide, 13.5″ inches high, and 7 inches deep. Some wear on the insulation of the cord. This is scratched, dusty, dirty, oily, bent, missing one of the connecting cage pieces on the bottom, please see the picture with my fingers and it showing the piece that’s missing.
